Quick Start & Troubleshooting
- How to record a dream: Open the app, tap the microphone, speak your dream, then edit and generate.
- Why is my video taking a while to generate? Dream videos are generated using AI and can take a few minutes. Pro users get priority generation.
- I didn't get reminder notifications: On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → DreamStudio and enable Allow Notifications. Also set your wake-up time in the app.
Privacy & Data Handling
We only store what's needed to generate your dream videos and keep your account secure. Your dreams and videos are private and are never sold.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or email us.
